It is coming with crimping part and gas filling part, no liquid part, the liquid materials should be manually filled before crimping.

Crimping head and gas filling head are separately designed at one working table, which ensure your different sizes cans will fit this machine.

It is sealing with high quality for adopting oriented-sealing; The way of the oriented inflation in the charging end is accurate and efficient with minimal gas consumption. With the original technical design, it is easy to operate saving time and effort.

The whole system is pneumatic, very safe and reliable. It has small-occupied area, just 0.5m³ and simple operation, belongs to an economical aerosol production equipment.

Becaues of its small volume, no matter by sea transportation or air transportation, the freight is accetable.

The propellants can be freon, LPG, DME, CO2, N2, oxygen, compressed air and so on, This will depands on your aerosol product.

The machine will be debugged and installed well according to your can’s size. And will be packed into strong wooden case then shipped as a whole machine.

After you get the machine, you just need to connect it to air compressor, very easy to use and operate.
